Return Window:

You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to initiate a return for your RENUVED product. This is our return policy so we can ensure fairness for both our customers and our business. Unfortunately, fraudulent activity and product misuse are common within the beauty industry, and this policy helps protect against situations where products are not used as directed or are used for extended periods before a return is requested.

For example, when a customer purchases a single jar of Infuse & Improve Cream and reaches out several months later requesting a refund, it is typically an indication that the product was not used consistently or according to our recommended guidelines.
While everyone’s body responds differently and individual timelines for visible progress with any product can vary, as stated in our website disclaimer, the 30 day window allows customers sufficient time to experience the product, assess how it feels on their skin, and determine whether it fits into their routine.
Because skincare results are influenced by many factors including consistency, lifestyle, and individual skin biology, we do not and will never make guarantees regarding the timing or extent of results.

Return Processing:
